Cocoa Auto Salvage guarantees all parts for 101 days from the date of purchase.

In the event of a failure within the 101 day period, a replacement part will be furnished to the customer, provided that the customer can present the original sales receipt at the time of the claim.

Additionally, Cocoa Auto Salvage offers a one year Part Replacement Program, otherwise referred to as "P.R.P.". This program is made available to the customer at the time of the initial sale for an additional cost. Opting for the PRP on any item extends the guarantee of that part for up to one year from the date of purchase. Like the standard guarantee, in the event of a failure within the specified period, a replacement part will be furnished to the customer, again provided that the customer presents the original sales receipt. In certain situations, labor replacement costs may be covered.
